God is good! We’re thankful for all that He does and we never want to fail to praise Him and give Him glory for what He does in and through our church! Much of the ministry the Lord allows us to be a part of continues to be outside the four walls of our church. For example, I had the opportunity to present the gospel at Church in the Park during the Good Friday service with three decisions for Christ! And they came to church on Sunday morning for Easter! And just this Friday evening I presented the gospel again during the devotion before the ChiP service with another young man, Aaron that came forward during the invitation. Praise God! Please pray for effective follow up and discipleship efforts, because we want to make disciples and not just converts!

The Noble cause has begun. Steve and I have been knocking doors here and so far we have knocked on 36 doors, made 23 contacts, shared the gospel once, and found 6 people that may be interested in a bible study in Noble. It’s a start but there’s much more work to be done!

An exciting opportunity is taking place on April 29. A “Fill the Stadium” evangelistic concert will take place at Oklahoma Memorial stadium where they expect the entire stadium to be filled with young people that will hear a presentation of the gospel! Praise God! I’m signed up as a volunteer to follow up with decisions that have been made for Christ and to invite them to church! Please pray that as a result of this event, God will fill up the bible believing churches in Norman, including ours! This event truly is an answer to a prayer I have been praying for many years now, that God would fill up the stadium with worshipers of Jesus instead of just OU football fans and the answer to that prayer has finally come! Hallelujah!!

Lastly, we want to thank the Lord and praise Him for miraculously protecting Steve and Lynn and their property during the tornadoes that touched down in Cole, OK this past week, causing much destruction, and even lost lives sadly. We have all seen pictures of these storms that have caused us to stand in awe of the wonder and power of God, leading us to not only be thankful for His love and blessings, but also have a healthy respect and fear of Him, and give Him the worship He deserves as the Almighty Creator and Sustainer of the universe! Amen.
