The Seventy-first Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met on Friday, October, 7, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. at the Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne, Oklahoma.
Pastor Mike Mobly, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Blanchard, OK. Assumed responsibility as Moderator of the meeting.
Following a welcome and opening prayer by Pastor David Langley, Brother Mobly called the meeting to order and called for an initial report of the Enrollment and Finance Committee, Brother David Langley offered the following report:

- 9 Guests were also in attendance
- $385.00 Minute Funds were reported
Motion and second to approve the report and to seat the messengers. Motion carried.

October 7, 2023 7:00pm -- Session Two
The worship service for the evening began with singing led by the "Singers" of Central Baptist College, under the very capable direction of Brother Jim Turner.
Randy Rhea, Pastor of the Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne, OK. came to share a message from God's Word. Pastor Rhea's text was 2 Corinthians 2:12-17. The sermons title was "Triumphant In Christ." Brother Rheas primary emphasis and challenge is to "Keep Christ first in our life" and to "Seek to Serve Christ" with our life.
The "Singers" from Central Baptist College lead in a song, “Great Are You Lord" for the invitation.
Moderator Mike Mobly asked Doug Brewer to express appreciation and thank- fulness to Pastor Rhea for a very timely and encouraging message.
Pastor Kevin Bowen led in dismissal prayer.
October 8, 2023 12:30pm -- Session Three
Moderator Mike Mobly called the meeting to order and asked Pastor David Langley to lead in opening prayer.
Brother Bill Sluder was asked to present the Obituary Report. Brother Sluder listed names of those from our Sister Churches followed by prayers of thank- fulness and God's grace for their families. Motion and second to adopt the re- port. Motion Carried. Attachment # 1
Nathan Brewer came to offer a report from the Oklahoma Baptist and the following recommendations:
- Mike Mobly to serve as Editor.
- That a subscription rate be set at 10.00 per month and that the
- Oklahoma Baptist be available only in a digital version.
- Salary to remain as previous year, $100.00 per month.
Motion and second to approve the recommendations. Motion carried.
New Trustees nominated and elected for this ministry are: Chris Gonthier and Gail Kendrick, their terms will expire in 2025
Zach Bowen was invited to share a report from the Oklahoma Baptist Youth Department including a financial report. Attachment #2 & #3.
Zach Bowen was nominated and elected to serve as Youth Department Coordinator.
New Trustees for this department, with terms ending in 2025 are: Matt Winchester, Jordan Goforth, and Hannah Mobly.
Sister Martha Langley was invited to share a report from the Ladies WMA meeting. Her report included that their "Special Project" for extra funds will be the Oklahoma Baptist Youth Camp at Cedar Hills. Motion and second to ac- cept this report. Motion carried. Attachment #4.
Pastor David Langley offered a report from the Men's Fellowship. The Men's Fellowship received special offerings of $800.00 to be given to "Just The Crumbs" ministries. Attachment #5.
Promotional Secretary, Gene Hankins, came to offer a report from the BMA of Oklahoma Missions Department. Brother Hankins invited Pastors Thomas Mobly, and Nathan Brewer to offer their personal reports from the Church planting effort, Grace Harbor, in Northwest Oklahoma City.
The Missions report included a recommendation from the Missionary Commit- tee that the BMA of Oklahoma reduce financial support to Nathan Brewer, and Thomas Mobly by 20% of salary and Social Security. This is in keeping with Missions Guidelines of reduction of financial support after 5 years.
Brother Hankins also proposed that the BMA of Oklahoma help with $1,000.00 per month for the next 6 months for the Pryor Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Chris Gonthier will work with Brother Larry Barker for evaluation and the assessment process of the BMA of America. This financial sup- port will be re-assessed at the next Mid-year meeting.

Following a proposal from Brother Barnes, a motion and second was made to cap the amount in the Ministerial Development fund at $50,000.00. Motion Carried.
A recommendation was offered that we invest Memorial Fund and Land Gift Fund monies into CD's. Motion and second to approve. Motion Carried.
Brother Kevin Bowen read a report from the Revolving Loan Fund. Motion and Second to accept this report. Motion carried.
Brother Kevin Bowen was elected to serve as a RLF trustee with a term to expire in 2027.
Brother Zach Bowen offered a report from the Audit Committee. He reported that "all funds are accurately reported and in good order". Motion and second to accept this report. Motion carried. - Attachment #16
Brother Zach Bowen, Wayne Edgar, and Chance Rose were all re-elected to serve as the Audit Committee.
Brother David Langley was invited to give a final report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee:

Pastors John Wiley, David Langley, and Allen Carroll were elected to serve on the 2023 Enrollment and Finance Committee.
Wearthy Shank, Allen Carroll, and David Langley were reelected to serve on the 2023 Nominating Committee.
Motion and second to print as many copies of the minute books as needed, with a minimum of 100 and to pay the clerk 500.00. Motion carried.
Brother Wayne Edgar presented a suggestion that we offer "One Time Offer- ing" to "Just The Crumbs" Ministries to assist them in their ministry of caring for families affected following weather disasters. A motion was made and se- conded that we give this special offering of $5,000.00. Motion carried.
Motion and second to give $500.00 to the WMA and Men's Fellowship, these funds are to be applied to their annual projects.
Motion and second to give $500.00 Christmas bonuses for Church Planters Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly.
A motion and second was made and approved to provide Gene Hankins and Carl Barnes each with $500.00 Christmas bonuses.
Pastor Chris Gonthier provided a written report on behalf of “Moral Action" of Oklahoma. Attachment #17
Motion and second to offer a Standing Appreciation for the kind host of Unity Missionary Baptist Church and to Pastor Mike Mobly for his efforts and prepa- ration to moderate this meeting. Motion carried.
Following various announcements and prayer requests, a motion and second was made to dismiss. Motion Carried.

2021 - 70th Annual Proceedings
The seventieth Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met on Friday, October 2, 2021, at 7:00 pm. at the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in McAlester, Oklahoma.
The worship service for the evening began with singing led by the "Singers" of Central Baptist College, under the very capable direction of Bro Jim Turner.
Bro Dennis Clark came to offer in the introduction of Pastor David Pickard, Sunray Baptist Church, Purcell Oklahoma to bring the annual message. Pastor Clark then offered a prayer for Pastor Pickdard and for the messengers under the proclamation of the Word of God.
Bro Pickard's message was from 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5. The sermon was entitled, "How Can We Stay Confident When the World Has Gone Nuts". Opening statements included that "what we really need, and what we can be confident in, is the Word of God".
- Trust the Lord's people to be faithful in Prayer, vs 1
- Trust the Lord to move believers to faithfulness, vs 3
- Trust the Lord to help believers to look like Jesus, vs 5
- Trust the Lord that He would steer believers into the longsuffering of Christ, vs 5
Moderator Ryan Meadows expressed the congregation's appreciation for the message and led a prayer of dismissal.
Saturday, October 2, 2021, @ 12:30 pm
The messengers and guests gathered together for the opening session of the business of the Baptist Missionary Association of Oklahoma. The Messengers and guests met together at the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, McAlester, Oklahoma.
Moderator Ryan Meadows welcomed the messengers and guests to the meeting and singing fo "What a Day That Will Be". Sister Debbie Clark accompanied at the piano.
Bro. Bill Sluder led in an opening prayer.
Brother Meadows called the meeting to order and called for an initial report of the Enrollment and Finance Committee, Bro David Langley offered the following Report

- 19 Total number of messengers present
- $530 in Minute Funds were reported
Motion and second to approve the report and to seat the messengers. Motion carried.
Pastor Gene Hankins, Pastor of the Shady Gove Missionary Baptist Church, welcomed the messengers and guests to the meeting.
Pastor Thomas Dickerson, from Missionary Baptist Church, Lindsay, Oklahoma was introduced to be a new pastor to this Association.
Bro Mike from "Just the Crumbs" ministries spoke about their ministry of serving meals and other assistance in disaster relief.
Bro Larry Barker gave a report from the Missions Department of the BMA of America. He also spoke about one of his personal responsibilities in the Missions ministry, "Healthy Church Solutions".
The Moderator called for "any old, or unfinished business" that we needed to address. There was none.
New Officers for 2021-2022 were elected as follows:
- President - David Pickard
- Vice President - Mike Mobly
- Clerk - Doug Brewer
- Assistant Clerk - Dennis Clark
The Youth Department report was called for and given by Randy Rhea. His report was that there were 70 attendees at Camp in the summer of 2021. Motion and second to adopt this report. Motion carried.
Zach Bowen was nominated and elected Camp Superintendent.
New Trustees for the Camp are Thomas Mobly and Taylor Painter, term ending in 2024.
A brief report of the Oklahoma Baptist was given by Randy Rhea.
The trustee's offered the following recommendations:
- That Mike Mobly be elected as Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist.
- That a subscription rate be set at $10 per month and that the Oklahoma Baptist be available only in a digital version.
- That the Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist will receive $100 per month
Motion and second to approve the recommendations. Motion carried.
Bro Nathan Brewer was nominated and elected to serve as Trustee to Publications Department with terms ending in 2024.
The WMA report was given by Sis Kim Mobly, President of the Woman's Missionary Auxiliary. Motion and second to adopt the report. Motion carried. Attachment #1

The BMA of Oklahoma Missions report was called for. Bro Gene Hankins, BMA of Oklahoma Missions Director, invited Pastors Thomas Mobly and Nathan Brewer to offer their personal reports from the Church planting effort, Grace Harbor, in Northwest Oklahoma City. Their comments are included, Attachment #4, page 60
Bro David Langly gave these recommendations from the Missionary Committee:
- Continued support for Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly with salaries established at $1,850 monthly salary and $900 quarterly for Social Security.
- Recommend to nominate Bro Gene Hankins and Carl Barnes as Missions Director and Financial Director, respectively, and to continue at a current salary ($500 each per month).
Both of these recommendations were voted on individually and approved.

Motion and second to adopt this report. Motion carried.
The Revolving Loan Fund Committee gave a brief report of their meetings throughout the year. The report included the sale of property in Dibble. This property was acquired as a gift in the past and was the former "First Baptist Church" in Dibble, OK. It was in poor condition and unusable. The property was sold to "The Senior Citizens Center" of Dibble for $5,000.
Also, the RLF Trustees recommended that the BMA allow that a portion of our funds be invested in a Bibically Managed Stock Fund" in order to gain a higher return on the funds. Following discussion, this motion was tabled until the Mid-year meeting. Motion carried.
Motion and second to adopt this report. Motion carried.
Some of the funds that are soon to mature from the "Educational Scholarship Funds" were requested to not be re-invested until further instruction and approval at the next Mid-year meeting, Motion carried.
Bro Lloyd Christensen was elected to serve as a Revolving Loan Fund Trustee with a term to expire in 2026.
The Audit Committee report was called for. No members of this committee were present at the meeting at this time. This will be considered "unfinished business" until the mid-year meeting.
Bro Wayne Edgar, Chance Rose, and Zach Bowen were elected to serve on the Audit Committee.
Bro David Langley, Steve Puckett, and Doyle Morris were elected to serve as the Nominating Committee.
Missionary Baptist Church, Lindsay, OK was selected to host the Mid-year meeting on April 2, 2022.
Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne Oklahoma was elected to host the next annual meeting. The meeting dates are October 7-8, 2022. Pastor Randy Rhea will bring the Annual message, and Allen Carroll will serve as alternate.
(Bro David Pickard, Bro Randy Rhea, Bro Gene Hankins, and Sis Kim Mobly will serve as the Arrangements Committee.)
Motion and second to print as many copies of the minute books as needed, with a minimum of 100 and to pay the clerk $500. Motion carried.
A motion and second was presented to dedicate this year's minutes to the honor of Sis Louise Hodges. Motion carried.
Motion and second to give $500 to the WMA and Men's Fellowship, these funds are to be applied to their annual projects.
Motion and second to give $500 Christmas bonuses for Church Panters Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly.
A motion and second was made and approved to provide Gene Hankins and Carl Barnes each with $500 Christmas bonuses.
Motion and second to give a "Rising vote of appreciation" to the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church for hosting the annual meeting and to Moderator Ryan Meadows for his leadership and planning of the meeting. Motion carried.

2020 - 69th Annual Proceedings
The Sixty-Ninth Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met Saturday, October 3, 2020 at the "Our Oasis Baptist Church" in Pryor Oklahoma. This annual meeting met on an alternate date, schedule, and decorum due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Moderator Ryan Meadows welcomed the messengers and guests to the meeting and the singing of "Victory in Jesus" was led by Sis Susie Edgar with Sis Debbie Clark at the piano.
Bro Anthony Pennington led in an opening prayer.
Pastor Chirs Gonthier, Our Oasis Baptist Church, welcomed the messengers and guests to the meeting.
A motion and second were made to recognize and set the messengers. Motion carried.
Moderator Ryan Meadows called the meeting to order and called for an initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee.
The initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee was offered as follows.

- $685 in Minute Funds were reported
Motion and second to approve, motion carried.
New pastors to our association were recognized and welcomed: Mike Mobly, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Blanchard; Bill Sluder, Coalgate; and David Pickard, Sunray Baptist Church, Purcell.
Missionary Cristian Martinez spoke about his call and assignment to Romania.
Bro Meadows issued a call for any ola dn unfinished business. There was none. To follow any protocol or details, He then asked for a report of the Mid-year meeting, knowing that it had been canceled.
New Officers for 2020-2021 were elected as follows:
- President - Ryan Meadows
- Vice President - Anthony Pennington
- Clert - Doug Brewer
- Assistant Clerk - Dennis Clark
The Youth Department report was called for and given by Noah Hill, Southgate. Since the camp was canceled this past summer no funds were spent. Also, no changes were made to the BMA of Oklahoma Camp Officers. Motion and second to adopt this report, motion carried.
New Trustees for the Camp are Randy Rhea and Chance Rose, term ending in 2023.
A brief report of the Oklahoma Baptist was given by Pastor Mike Mobly. The trustee's offered the following recommendations:
- That Mike Mobly be elected as Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist.
- That a subscription rate be set at $10 per month and that the Oklahoma Baptist be available only in a digital version.
- That the Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist will receive $100 per month.
Motion and second to approve the recommendations, motion carried.
Bro Randy Rhea and Bro Dennis Meadows were nominated and elected to serve as Trustees to Publications Department with terms ending in 2023.
The WMA report was given by Sis Jodi Rhea. Motion and second to adopt the report, motion carried. Attachment #1
Pastor David Langley gave the report from the Men's Fellowship". He reported that there were 17 present and an offering was received of $137. The beginning balance of this group was $1,025, an offering of $500 was given to "Just the Crumbs" ministries, leaving the Men's Fellowship with an ending balance of $662. The project and challenge for the upcoming year is $1,000 for "Just the Crumbs" Ministries.

Bro Dennis Clark was asked to present the Obituary Report. Bro Clark listed names of those from our Sister Churches followed by a prayer of thankfulness and God's grace for their families. Motion and second to adopt the report, motion carried. Attachment #3
The BMA of Oklahoma Missions report was called for.
Bro Gene Hankins, BMA of Oklahoma Missions Director, gave his personal report and noted that Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly, Church planters of Grace Habor, OKC, were not present since they had recently been exposed to Covid 19 through a church member. They are self-quarantined while awaiting test results. Bro Hankins noted that Grace Harbor had recently completed the purchase of church property and facilities on Noth Rockwell in OKC. He also reported that Grace Harbor was beginning 5 "Home Groups" and was about to have two additional baptisms.

The Missionary Committee offered the following recommendations:
- Continued Support for Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly with salaries established at $1,850 per month and $900 quarterly for Social Security.
- Recommend to nominate Bro Gene Hankins and Bro Carl Barnes as Missions Director and Financial Director, respectively, and to continue at current salary, $500 each per month.
The Revolving Loan Fund Committee gave a brief report of their meetings throughout the year as follows:
- December 16th to discuss and approve a loan for New Heights Baptist Church in Ardmore.
- March 2nd to discuss and close and reassign funds from certain savings accounts.
- July 21st to discuss and approve a loan for Grace Harbor, OKC.
- July 27th to discuss and approve a loan to Eastern Gate Baptist Church, Wynnewood in the amount of $16,000 for the purchase of a new church van.
Motion and second to approve this report, motion carried.
Bro Doyle Morris was elected to serve as a Revolving Loan Fund Trustee with a term to expire in 2025.
The Audit Committee report was presented by Bro Wayne Edgar. He reported that the funds were examined and appeared to be in good standing and well-documented with no discrepancies. Motion and second to adopt the report, motion carried.
Bro Wayne Edgar, Bro Chance Rose, and Bro Zach Bowen were elected to serve as the Audit Committee.
Bro David Langley, Bro Tony Strickland, and Bro Doyle Morris were elected to serve on the Nominating Committee.
Motion and second to give $500 Christmas bonuses for Church Panters Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly.
Motion and second to give $500 to the WMA and Men's Fellowship, these funds are to be applied to their annual projects.
Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne, OK. was selected to host the Mid-year meeting on March 27th, 2021.
Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, McAlester extended an invitation to host the next annual meeting. The meeting dates are October 1-2, 2021. This invitation was accepted and approved by the messengers. Pastor David Pickard will bring the Annual message, Gene Hankins will serve as an alternate.
Bro Ryan Meadows, Bro Gene Hankins, Bro Randy Rhea, and Sis Kim Mobly will serve on the Arrangements Committee.
Motion and second to print as many copies of the minute books as needed, with a minimum of 100, and to pay the clerk $500, motion carried.
A motion and second was presented to dedicate this year's minutes to the honor of Bro Larry Rose, motion carried.
Bro Christ Gonthier gave a "Moral Action" report. Motion and second to accept this report, motion carried.
A motion and second was made and approved to provide Gene Hankins and Carl Barnes each with $500 Christmas Bonuses.
Motion and second to give "Our Oasis Baptist Church" a rising vote of appreciation for hosting the Annual meeting, motion carried.
Following various announcements and prayer requests, a motion and second was made to dismiss, motion carried.
Following the meeting Pastor Chris Gonthier came to share the annual message. Bro Gonthier's text was Joshua 24:14-15 and was entitled, "It is Decision Time". Pastor Gontheir emphasized our urgency to "Fear the Lord", Put away false gods" and encouraged us in spiritual disciplines fo Prayer (1Th 5:17), Church attendance (Heb 10:25), Tithing (Mal 3:8-9), Serving (1Co 15:58), Abstaining from the appearance of evil (Eph 5:11), Putting Christ first (Mat 6:33) and Standing up for God (Psa 94:16, 1Co 16:13, Eph 6:16). He closed his sermon with the questions and challenge, "What is your choice?" and "Will you stand for God?".
Bro Ryan Meadows extended an appreciation for the message.

The Sixty-Eight Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met on Monday, October 7, 2021 at the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Singing began with Sis Edgar leading, "He Keeps Me Singing".
Wearthy Shank led in opening prayer.
Moderator Ryan Meadows called the meeting to order and called for an initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee.
The initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee was offered as follows:
- 11 Churches represented by messenger and letter
- 2 Churches represented by letter only
- 22 Total number of messengers present
- $525 in Minute Funds were reported
Motion and second to approve the report, motion carried.
The Moderator called upon the State Clerk for a roll call of Churches present at the meeting. The roll call reflected 22 messengers and 1 visitor. Pastor Randy Rhea led in prayer, followed by a motion and second to seat the messengers, motion carried.
New Officers for 2019-202were elected as follows:

Monday, October 8, 2019 7 pm
The messengers and guests of the BMA of Oklahoma were welcomed for the evening services. The messengers and guests continued to be blessed by the CBC Singers under the direction of Bro Jim Turner. Moderator Ryan Meadows expressed appreciation for the wonderful time of music and praise, Bro Gene Hankins lead us in prayer.
Bro Gary Southard introduced Pastor Anthony Pennington to bring the annual message.
Bro Pennington's text was Luke 9:57-62, his topic was "Disciples", his sermon thoughts were: A disciple is willing to be obedient, verse 58; A disciple gives everything to Jesus daily, verse 61; A disciple keeps his focus on Jesus, verse 62.
Bro Meadows expressed the messenger's and guest's appreciation for the message.
The following was offered as an amendment and inclusion to the Revolving Loan Fund Articles and By-Laws. Article II - General Purposes Section 5 (page 26 of 2018 Minute book):
"In the event of financial need of the Baptist Missionary Association of Oklahoma's General Fund; when the general fund drops below $25,000 the Treasurer of Missions is authorized to move up to $25,000 from the Revolving Loan Fund to the General Fund. Upon the transfer, the Treasurer of Missions will notify the Chairman of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Churches of the Baptist Missionary Association of Oklahoma".
Following a brief explanation and discussion, this amendment was held for consideration and vote in a later session.
Motion and second to dismiss until 9 am on Tuesday, motion carried.
Dismissal prayer was offered by Bro Carl Barnes.
Monday, October 9, 2019 9 pm
The morning began with the messengers and guests singing, "Hallelujah, Thine the Glory" led by Sis Beverly Brady, and was accompanied on the piano by Sis Debbie Clark.
Bro Randy Rhea led in the opening prayer. Moderator Ryan Meadows welcomed the messengers and guests and called the meeting to order.
The report of The Oklahoma Baptist was called for. The trustee's offered the following recommendations:
- That Mike Mobly be elected as Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist.
- That a subscription rate be set at $10 per month and that the Oklahoma Baptist be available only in a digital version.
- That the Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist will receive $100 per month.
Motion and second to approve the recommendations, motion carried.
Bro Chris Gonthier and Sis Gail Kendrick were elected to serve as trustees for The Oklahoma Baptist with terms ending in 2022.
The State WMA report was given by Sis Jodi Rhea.

The missionary Advisory Committee was asked to give their report and recommendations. Attachment #13
The Missionary Advisory Committee offered the following recommendations:
- Continued support of Grace Harbor Church Plant in NW OKC
- We make a recommendation to nominate Bro Gene Hankins and Bro Carl Barnes as Missions Director and Financial Director, respectively, and to continue at their current salary, $500 each per month.
- That we continue the endorsement and financial support for Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly, $1,850 each per month and $900 quarterly for Social Security.
- In the event of financial need of the Baptist Missionary Association of Oklahoma's General Fund; when the general fund drops below $25,000 the Treasurer of Missions is authorized to move up to $25,000 from the Revolving Loan Fund to the General Fund. Upon the transfer, the Treasurer of Missions will notify the Chairman of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Churches of the Baptist Missionary Association of Oklahoma.
Motion and second to approve items 1, 2, and 3 of these recommendations, motion carried.
Discussion and consideration fo recommendation #4 was held, following questions and explanation of this recommendation, this motion was approved (Clerks note: this will be an amendment and revision of the "Revolving Loan Fund Articles and By-Laws. Article II - General Purposes Section 5" page 26 of 2018 Minute book).
The Audit Committee report was called for, no report was available. Motion and second to include the report if/when it is presented.
A new Audit Committee was elected, those elected are Bro Zach Bowen, Bro Chance Rose, and Bro Wayne Edgar.
The Revolving Loan Fund report was presented. Their report included that they are in agreement with the Mission Advisory Committee and they pressent their report for review. Motion and second to adopt this report, motion carried.
Bro Doug Brewer was elected to serve as a RLF Trustee, term ending in 2024.
The Youth Department report was called for and given by Bro Randy Rhea. Bro Zach Bowen was nominated to serve as Camp Superintendent and Bro Chris Gonthier was nominated to replace Bro Mike Mobly as Camp Trustee. According to bank statements, the camp funds began the year with a balance of $9,465.54 and concluded the year with $4,740.54.
Motion and second to adopt the report and to elect Bro ZachBowen as superintendent.
Bro Zach Bowen, Bro Matt East, and Bro Chris Gonthier were elected to serve as state Youth Department Trustees with terms to expire in 2022.

Monday, October 8, 2018 7:00 P.M.
The messengers and guests of The BMA of Oklahoma were welcomed for the evening services. Following opening prayer Brother Duffy Guyton spoke on behalf of Central Baptist College in Conway Arkansas. Brother Guyton spoke about faithful ministry, growth and future opportunities at CBC. He urged us to “Pray, Don’t stop praying.... For students, for funding, for opportunities, for provision, and for special offerings.”
The messengers and guests continued to be blessed by the CBC Singers under the Direction of Brother Jim Turner.
Dr. John Jones, Pastor of Highland Park Baptist Church in Midwest City brought the annual message. Dr. Jones Text was from Matthew 19:1-6 and his main points were: His Invention, His Intention, and No Intervention.
Brother Anthony Pennington expressed the congregations appreciation for the message.
Motion and Second to dismiss until 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday. Motion carried.
9:00 AM Tuesday October 9, 2018
Following opening singing Brother Allen Carrol led in a morning devotional and opening prayer.
The Youth Department report was called for. Brother Mike Mobly presented copies of beginning and ending balance bank statements as financial report from the camp. (Attachment #1) No minutes or recommendations were presented.
Noah Hill and Taylor Painter were elected to serve as State Youth Department Trustees with terms to expire in 2021.
Brother Thomas Mobly (Grace Harbor, OKC) was elected to replace Brother Richard Payne with a term ending in 2019.
The report of the Oklahoma Baptist was called for. Sister Gayle Kindrick offered the following trustees recommendations:
- That a letter be sent to supporting churches of the new subscription rates.
- That enrolled churches will receive the Oklahoma Baptist for free for the next two months.
- That the Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist will receive 100.00 per month.
- That the Oklahoma Baptist will assume a Line Item in the General Funds of the BMA of Oklahoma.
- That Mike Mobly be elected as Editor of the Oklahoma Baptist.

The opening session was called to order by Moderator Mike Mobly. Miss McKenna Marlow, Southgate Baptist Church, blessed us with special music, “This Is Living” and “Seek me, Find Me” (Written by McKenna).
Brother Mobly called the meeting to order and asked that the messengers stand to be recognized.

The messengers and guest of the BMA of Oklahoma were blessed to hear from the following to give reports of their ministries:
Brother Doyle Moore, recent retiree as Missionary to the Philippines for 40 years. Though he and his wife are retiring they will still be involved with Missions and ministry in the Philippines on a limited basis.
Brother Thomas Mobly gave a report from DiscipleGuide Ministries. He spoke of Church Revitalization, Daniel Springs Camp. SOAR, Sr. Adult Conference, and the Church Leaders Cruise. Future hopes for ministry from this Department include a Men’s Conference, Pastor’s Wife Conference, Preaching Workshops, additional curriculum format, and assistance with Intentional Interim Pastors ministries.
Brother Terry Kimbrow gave a report from the Central Baptist College in Conway Arkansas.
Dr. Charlic Holmes gave a report from the BMA Seminary in Jacksonville Texas.
Brother John Shackelford spoke to us about ABS (Association of Baptist Students) Collegiate Ministry at Stephen F. Austin University in Magnolia Arkansas.
Pastor Gene Hankins offered prayer for these ministries and those who lead and serve in these areas.

Vice Moderator Ryan Meadows welcomed the messengers and guests to the evening meeting and services of the BMA of Oklahoma. Pastor Randy Rhea lead the messengers and guests in opening prayer for the evening services.
Singing began under the direction of “The Singers” of Central Baptist College, Conway Arkansas under the direction of Brother Jim Turner
Brother Doug Brewer was given the privilege of introducing Nathan Brewer to bring the Annual Message.
Church Planter, Nathan Brewers text for the sermon was Matthew 16:13-20 and the title of the message was “A Christ Centered Mission". Primary thoughts from this message included that “Our faith is not based upon our heritage or our ethnicity—it is based on the sacrificial work of Jesus Christ”. He gave a definition of the “Kingdom of Heaven” as “The redeeming activity of the presence of God in this world”. And he proclaimed to us that “Jesus will Julfill all that He sets out to do without my help”. His main points of the message were reminding us of 1) The Promises of God-to build His church, that God will be worshipped, and bringing us to have a growing passion for God. 2) The Power of God— to move in spite of mans “drift of the human soul that is always self reliant” and, 3) The Presence of God— reminding us that “It is not our job to constantly pretend that we have it all figured out”.
Brother Mike Mobly expressed the congregations appreciation for the message.

9:00 AM Tuesday October 3,2017
The morning session began with Brother Tony Strickland, Pleasant Hill, Blanchard, leading us in singing, “I'll Fly Away” and “I Love To Tell The Story”.
Moderator Mike Mobly called the session to order and invited Pastor Dennis Clark, Sunray, Purcell, to give a scripture reading from John 5:1-8. Brother Clarks focus of the devotional was that too often we may not want to be “Well” because this change may result in changing us from our old, familiar ways and to trust Christ to lead us in a different direction in our life.
The Youth Department report was called for. Brother Randy Rhea presented the financial report and the Trustees recommendation that Zach Bowen, New Heights, Oklahoma City, be nominated as Camp Superintendent.
Motion and second to adopt the report and that Brother Bowen be elected. Motion carried. (Attachment #1)
Randy Rhea and Chance Rose (New Heights, OKC) were elected to serve as State Youth Department Trustees with terms to expire in 2020.
Brother Taylor Painter (Pleasant Hill, Blanchard) was elected to replace Brother Allen Carrol with a term ending in 2018.
The report of the Oklahoma Baptist was called for. Brother Randy Rhea gave financial report. The trustees offered the following recommendations:
- That Doug Brewer and Mike Mobly continue as Editor and Assistant Editor. That their combined salaries remain at 250.00 per month.
- That steps be taken to offer the Oklahoma Baptist in a digital format only by October 2018.
- Due to Financial Losses and salaries, we are asking the BMA of Oklahoma for a $5,000.00 offering to get the paper back on it’s feet for the coming year.

Motion and second to approve the recommendation and elections of Editor and Assistant. Carried.
Motion and second that $5,000.00 be transferred from the BMA of Oklahoma General Funds to the funds of the Oklahoma Baptist. These funds are to be used to bring all back salaries up to date. Motion carried.
Randy Rhea and Ryan Meadows were elected to serve as trustees for the Oklahoma Baptist with a term ending in 2020.
Chris Gonthier was elected to replace Bill Sluder as a trustee for the Oklahoma Baptist, term ending 2019.

Brother Mobly called for a report from the BMA of Oklahoma Missions Department.
Brother Gene Hankins gave his personal report. Missionary Reports were delivered from Nathan Brewer and Thomas Mobly, Grace Harbor.
Brother Carl Barnes was invited to present the financial reports of the BMA of Oklahoma. He began by reading scripture from Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?”
The messengers were notified that the Faith Baptist Church building in Chickasha OK. Was appraised at $85,000.00 and is being sold for $80,000.00. Also, the First Baptist Church, Chickasha has closed and donated the building and property to the BMA of Oklahoma Land Gift Fund.

Pastor Lloyd Christenson gave a report from the Revolving Loan Fund concerning the Faith, Chickasha property sale, and the First Missionary Baptist, Chickasha property status and how to determine property lines, value and disposition of the property. Motion and second to adopt the report. Motion carried.
Prayer for our Missions Directors, Brother Hankins and Brother Barnes, was offered by Brother Jesse Spurlock.
Kevin Bowen was elected to serve as a trustee for the Revolving Loan fund, term to expire in 2022, Zach Bowen, Chance Rose, and Wayne Edgar were elected to serve as the Audit Committee.
A final report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee was given:

Motion and second to support the selected projects for the State WMA and the Men’s Fellowship with 500.00 each from the General Fund of the BMA of Oklahoma, Motion carried.
Motion and second to give Christmas bonuses of $500.00 each to Brother Nathan Brewer and Brother Thomas Mobly. Motion carried.

The Sixty-Fifth Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met Monday, October 10, 2016 with the Pleasant Hill Missionary any Baptist Church, Tulsa, OK.
The opening session was called to order by Moderator Mike Mobly.
Brother Tony Strickland led in an opening song of, “I'll Fly Away”.
Brother Nathan Brewer shared a scripture reading from Psalin 92:1-2 “itis a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: ? To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,”
Messengers were acknowledged by standing.
The initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee was offered as follows:

- Total number of messengers present 26

Motion and second to approve the report. Motion carried.
Brother Mobly called for Amendments and Changes to The Constitution and By-Laws and any Resolutions. The following were presented:
(Page 22 in the 2015 Minute book) Article V -Officers Section 2 — Proposed change: “There shall be elected annually a Director of Missions whose duties shall include, but not be limited to, the promotion of all phases of the associational work. He shall report bi-annually to the missionary committee and annually to the association. He shall assist the Treasurer in any and all responsibilities and shall assume the office of Treasurer in the event of vacancy or incapacitation.”
(page 22 of the 2015 Minute book) Article V — Officers Section 2 — Proposed change: “Promotional Secretary” would be changed to read “Treasurer of Missions.”
(page 23 of the 2015 Minute book) Section 3- Proposed change: “There shall be elected annually a Treasurer of Missions whose duties shall include, but not be limited to, assisting the Director of Missions in any and all responsibilities and endeavors and who shall assume the office of Director of Missions in the event of a vacancy or incapacitation. He shall receive and disburse all funds connected with state missions and the revolving loan fund as directed by the messengers of the churches. He shall report bi-annually to the missionary committee and annually to the association.”

(page 33 of the 2015 Minute book) GUIDELINES OF THE MISSIONS DEPARTMENT Article IV Promotional Secretary Proposed Changes: This article would be changed to read “Article IV — Director of Missions”.
Section 1-B “B. Receive and disburse all funds connected with state missions as directed by the messengers of the churches, as Secretarv/Treasurer of Missions.” would be deleted entirely.
Section 2: “Promotional Secretary” would be changed to “Director of Missions”
(page 35 of the 2015 Minute book) Article VII — Land Gift Fund Proposed
Change: In all other instances where the term “Promotional Secretary” occurs, it would be replaced with the term “Director of Missions”.
New Officers for 2016-2017 were elected as follows:

Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne, OK. was selected to host the 2017 annual meeting. The meeting will be October 2-3, 2017.

Invitations for the Mid-year meeting wete received and Southgate Baptist Church, Moore, was selected for the April 7, 2017 meeting. (Brothers Mike Mobly, Randy Rhca, Doug Brewer, Gene Hankins, and Sister Martha Langly will serve as the Arrangements Committee.
Following discussion about the Midyear meeting and dates in April the following Motion and Second was offered:
Article ITI Section 5 (Page 21 of the 2015 Minute Book)
Current wording: “The messengers of the Association shall meet as directed by the Moderator in a Mid-year meeting on the First Friday and Saturday as business demands] in April...... ”
Proposed change: “The messengers of the Association shall meet as directed by the Moderator in a Mid-year meeting on the First Saturday in April...... ”
Brother David Watkins was present to give a report on behalf of BMAA Missions, Lifeword, BMA Seminary, Discipleguide, and Ministers Resource Services. A prayer of thanksgiving, guidance and provision was offered for these denominational ministries.
A letter from Dr. Holmes at the BMA Seminary in Jacksonville TX was read.
Brother Bill Sluder gave a report from the BMA of Oklahoma Moral Action Department.
Brother Dennis Clark was appointed by the Moderator to prepare an Obituary report.

Mike Mobly welcomed the messengers and guests to the evening meeting and services of the BMA of Oklahoma.
Singing began under the direction of “The Singers” of Central Baptist College, Conway Arkansas under the direction of Brother Jim Turner
The Annual Message was brought by Brother Ryan Meadows. His text was from John 15:1-8 and his topic was “Overcoming A Nominal Christianity”. The primary points of an excellent message included: “Our Heavenly Father has a plan for His pruning, Our Heavenly Father has a purpose for His pruning, God uses His own Word to bring change into our life, Our Heavenly Father only removes what is necessary, and, It is vital to stay connected.”
Brother Gene Hankins expressed the congregations appreciation for the message.
Motion and Second to dismiss until 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday. Motion carried.
Closing prayer was offered by Brother Noah Hill.

The Youth Department report was called for. Brother Tony Strickland gave the report including the following recommendations:
- Recommend Bro. Zach Bowen as Camp Superintendent for 2016-17
- Recommend that fees per student at state camp remain at $100 for 2017. Even though Cedar Hills Camp prices are going up, we want to attempt to keep the prices lower as long as possible.
- Recommend an appreciation gift for Bro. Zach Bowen for his services as State Camp and Outbreak Youth Conference Director of $500. Funds to come from BMA State Camp account.
- Motion and second to approve the report including the three recommendations. Motion carried. They were each voted upon and approved. (Attachment #2)
Bill Sluder and Gail Kindrick were was elected to serve as a Trustees for the Oklahoma Baptist, their term will expire in 2019.
Matt East, Mike Mobly, and Richard Payne were elected to serve as State Youth Department Trustees with terms to expire in 2019,

Brother David Langley gave a report and the recommendations from the Missionary Committee of the BMAO:
MISSIONARY COMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING
- We make a recommendation to continue support in the amount of $2000 for the Norman Mission (New Generation) through the end of 2016, at the request of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church
- We make a recommendation to replace GUIDELINES OF THE MISSIONS DEPARTMENT Article V, Section 8 (page 34 of the 2015 minute book) and adjust missionaries’ salaries to an average of Arkansas and Texas or as adjusted by the Missionary Committee.
- We make a recommendation to amend Article VI, Scction 1 of the Mission Department Guidelines to read:
- “The mission congregation is expected to assume sclf-support after the fifth year. In the event of a necessity, the mission congregation may suspend this plan for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days and if additional time is needed, they shall counsel with the Promotional Secretary concerning their future plans. If condition warrant such action, the missionary committee may recommend the extension of support beyond five years.”
- We make a recommendation that a coach be provided for all future missionaries supported by the BMAO
- We make a recommendation to nominate Bros. Gene Hankins and Carl Barnes as Missions Director and Financial Director, respectively, and to continue at current salary ($500.00/ each per month),
- We make a recommendation that BMAO State Missions applicants undergo full assessment as required by the Advisory Committee.
- We make a recommendation that all new state missionaries under consideration be required to submit to a full background check from a company selected by the committee (unless one is provided by our National Missions Office.)
- We recommend funding Bro. Nathan Brewer and his church planting training as follows:
- $1500 a month to cover home rent
- .60 per mile travel for fuel and meals
- $3600 to pay part of Social Security
- To convert Nathan’s current student loan to principle reduction
Motion and second to adopt these recommendations. Motion carried.
Motion and second to give Christmas bonuses of $500.00 each to Brother Barry McLead, and Brother Steve Puckett. Motion carried.
First Missionary Baptist Church, Chickasha expressed their interest in obtaining the facilities of the Faith Baptist Church in Chickasha. Motion and second to appoint Doug Brewer and Wayne Edgar (Representing the Missions Advisory Committee), Richard Payne (Representing the Revolving Loan Fund), Mike Mobly (Moderator), and Carl Barnes (Treasurer) to serve as an ad-hoc committee to look into this request. Motion carried.
The Revolving Loan Fund Committee offered the following changes to the Corporate Articles and By-Laws of The Revolving Loan Fund Committee, INC.
ARTICLE XI-MINISTERIAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN (Page 30 of the 2015 Minute book) As it currently reads: “Section 1. A student from a BMA of Oklahoma church, seeking to major in Ministry or Bible, may make application for a loan to pay their tuition, fees, books, and on-campus room and board if they wish to attend Central Baptist College, Conway, Arkansas; Southeastern Baptist College, Laurel, Mississippi; Jacksonville College, Jacksonville, Texas, or Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary, Jacksonville, Texas, or other Bible colleges or seminaries approved by the Revolving Loan Fund Committee. The registrar of the college will be expected to provide proof that the applicant is a full-time student.”
And to add” —*“The maximum loan amount for online majors will be 75% of tuition.”
Also to change ARTICLE XI-MINISTERIAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN (page 31 of the 2015 Minute book) Section 2 c. As it currently reads: “C. A written application showing proof of need, three letters of recommendation from ministers who are knowledgeable concerning the applicant's desire for the ministry, and a letter of recommendation from the church where the applicant holds membership.”
And to amend as:— * ..where the applicant holds membership at least three months prior to the beginning of the semester,”
The Revolving Loan Fund makes a final recommendation to the GUIDELINES OF THE MISSIONS DEPARTMENT;
ARTICLE X— EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND, Scction 6 (page 38 in the 2015 Minute book) which reads: “Section 6. Any additional funds, which have not been distributed as scholarships by September 15 of any given year, shall be contributed equally to the general scholarship fund of Central Baptist College, Jacksonville College, Southeastern College, and the BMA Theological Seminary. Additional funds shall be defined as those monies above $20,000 which shall be held in the interest account.”
Recommendation that ARTICLE X Section 6 be deleted.
Motion and sccond to approve these changes. Motion carried.

Brother Randy Rhea read the Missionary Committee report. He presented the Advisory Committee recommendations that were approved and presented from the Missionary Committee:
- That Gene Hankins serve as Promotional Secretary/Treasurer with a salary of $500.00/month plus expenses.
- That Carl Barnes serve as Assistant Promotional Secretary/Treasurer with a salary of $500.00/month plus expenses.
- Continued Support ($1,500.00/Month) of Bro. Barry McLead and Truck Stop Ministries.
- Continued support ($2,000.00/Month) of Steve Puckett, New Generations Mission in Norman.
Each of these recommendations were approved. (Attachment #1) Brother Doyle Morris was elected to serve as a Revolving Loan Fund Trustee, his term will expire in 2020.
Brother Mike Mobly presented the Audit Committee Report. Motion and second to accept the report. Carried. (Attach. # 14).
Motion to give Brother Spurlock $1,000.00 in appreciation for his work as State Missions Promotional Secretary. Brother Hankins led in a prayer of thanksgiving for Brother Spurlock.
Brethren Allen Carrol, Chance Rose, and Zach Bowen were elected to serve as the Audit Committee.

Motion and second to dedicate this year’s minute books to the honor of Brother Jesse Spurlock and Sister Barbara McLead. Motion carried.
Motion and second to give the WMA and Men’s Fellowship 500.00 each to help with their adopted projects. These funds will come from the BMAO General Funds. Motion carried.
Motion and second to give Christmas bonuses of $500.00 each to Brother Barry McLead, and Brother Steve Puckett. Motion carried.

The Sixty-Third Annual session of the BMA of Oklahoma met Monday, October 6, 2014 with the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist, McAlester, OK.
Brother Tony Strickland led in an opening song of, “I Love To Tell The Story”.
Opening prayer was offered by Brother Don Parr.
Brother Wayne Edgar brought a devotional from Isaiah 6:1-8 speaking about how our view of God influences every aspect of our life.
The opening session was called to order by Moderator Mike Mobly.
Messengers were acknowledged by standing. Motion and second to seat the messengers. Carried.
The initial report from the Enrollment and Finance Committee was offered as follows:

- Total number of messengers present 35

Richard Payne, Pastor of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Blanchard was introduced as a new pastor in Oklahoma.
New Olficers for 2014-2015 were elected as follows:

Bethany Baptist Church, Tulsa was selected to host the 2015 annual meeting. The meeting will be October 5-6, 2015.

Invitations for the Mid-year meeting were received and Pleasant Hill, Blanchard was selected for the April 3, 2015 meeting.
Brother Mobly called for any changes to the Constitution, Amendments or Resolutions to be offered. None were presented.
Brother Dennis Clark was appointed by the Moderator to prepare an Obituary report.
Brother Bill Sluder gave a report from the BMA of Oklahoma Moral Action and National Moral Action Committee efforts. Bro. Jesse Spurlock led in prayer for our Denominational and Governmental leaders.
Brother David Watkins, Church Relations Representative, presented a report for the Departments and Agencies of the BMA of America, including Missions, Lifeword, Discipleguide, Seminary, Moral Action and Ministers Resources.
Clarification of the BMA of Oklahoma “Arrangements Committee” was designated. Moderator, Mike Mobly; Missions Secretary, Jesse Spurlock; Host Pastors, David Langley and Richard Payne; WMA President Waynette Dawson.
Motion and second to adjourn until 7:00 P.M. on Monday. Motion carried.

The messengers enjoyed an opening song of “When We All Get To Heaven”.
Brother Dennis Clark welcomed the messengers and guests to the meeting and evening service.
Bro. Bill Studer introduced Brother Jim Turner from Central Baptist College for special in music and song from the Central Singers.
The Annual Message was brought by Brother Pastor Gene Hankins. His text was John 4:31-38 and his thoughts were that we need to pray for “Open eyes, laborers, motivation, and the harvest.”
Appreciation for the message was expressed by brother Bill Sluder.
A love offering for the CBC Singers was received.
Motion and second to dismiss until 9:00 A.M Tuesday morning. Carried. Dismissal prayer was offered by Brother Raymond Brady.

Moderator Mike Mobly called the meeting to order.
Opening Singing began with, “Because He Lives”, led by Brother Tony Strick land. Sister Debbie Clark accompanied on the piano.
Brother Richard Payne brought a devotional from 1 John 5:1-4.
The Youth Department report was called for. Brother Kevin Bowen presented the report. The report included the Trustee Minutes (Attachment #1) and the State Youth Camp Financial report. (Attachment #2).
Brother Zach Bowen was nominated as Camp Superintendent. Motion and second that he be elected. Carried.
New trustees for this department with a term to expire in 2017 are Randy Rhea and Kevin Bowen.
The Oklahoma Baptist financial report was given (Attachment #3) as well as the following recommendations:
- That Doug Brewer and Mike Mobly continue as Editor and Assistant Editor.
- That their combined salaries remain at 250.00 per month.
Motion and second to approve the reports. Carried.
Motion and second to approve the recommendation and elections of Editor and Assistant. Carried.
New Trustees for the Oklahoma Baptist are Randy Rhea and Richard Hughes, their terms will expire in 2017.
Brother Dennis Clark gave the Obituary Committee report. Following a reading of the Obituary listing and reading the scripture, the messengers and guest stood for a time of prayer. (Attachment #4)

Brother Jesse Spurlock gave his personal report. Missionary Reports were delivered from Barry McLead, Trucking In Christ, and by Steve Puckett, New generations Baptist Mission, Norman OK. Motion and second to adopt the reports. Carried.
The following Missions financial reports were presented:

An opening singing was led by Brother Mike Nix, New Heights Baptist Church.
Brother Dennis Clark read the opening scripture from Psalm 42:1-2 followed by prayer.
Following an offering for the Singers from Central Baptist College the group led us in congregational singing and special music and song.
The Annual Message was brought by Brother Mike Mobly, Southgate Baptist Church, Moore. His text was Mark 5:21-43 and the title of his message was, “Im Dreaming Again”.

Moderator Mike Mobly called the meeting to order.
Opening Singing began with, “When We All Get To Heaven”,
Brother Kevin Bowen was invited to begin our day with scripture reading and opening prayer.
The Youth Department report was called for. Brother Kevin Bowen presented the report. The report included the Financial Report from Oklahoma Outbreak (Attachment #2) and from State Youth Camp (Attachment #3).
The Youth Department Trustees offered the following recommendations:
- That Camp fees be established at $100.00 per camper.
- That Zac Bowen serve as Camp Director.
- That the BMAO consider making State camp a Mission that is supported by the BMA of Oklahoma at a rate of $4,000.00 per year up to the point of having $10,000.00 after camp is concluded. This amount will come from the General Funds of the BMA of Oklahoma.
Each of the recommendations of the Camp Trustees were voted on and all passed.
New trustees for this department with a term to expire in 2016 are Tony Strickland and Matt East. Noah Hill was elected to fulfill David Pickards term to expire in 2015.
The Oklahoma Baptist financial report was given (Attachments #4A & 4B) as well as the following recommendations:
- That Doug Brewer and Mike Mobly continue as Editor and Assistant Editor.
- That their combined salaries remain at 250.00 per month.
Motion and second to approve the reports. Carried.
Motion and second to approve the recommendation and elections of Editor and Assistant. Carried.
New Trustees for the Oklahoma Baptist are Sam Reddin and Gene Hankins. Their terms will expire in 2016.
Brother Noah Hill, Southgate, Moore, was elected to replace Brother Jesse Spurlock as a trustee for the Oklahoma Baptist. His term will expire in 2015.
Sister Beverly Brady gave the Obituary Committee report. Following a reading of the Obituary listing and reading the scripture, the messengers and guest stood for a time of prayer offered by Brother Larry Barker. (Attachment #5)
The State WMA report was given. Motion and second to approve the report. Motion carried. (Attachment #6).
The Mens Fellowship report was given. Motion and second to approve the report. Carried. (Attachment #7A & 7B).

Motion and second that Brother Spurlock be allowed to work with Arvest Bank for the Re-assignment of the Educational Scholarship and the Revolving Loan Funds. Motion carried.
Motion and second to adopt the Missions report and their recommendations. Carried.
Motion and second that Brother Spurlock be approved as Promotional Secretary/Treasurer of the BMA of Oklahoma. Carried.
Motion and Second that Carl Bames be approved as Assistant Promotional Secretary/Treasurer. Carried.
Motion and second that the Promotional Secretary/Treasurers salary be set at 6,000.00/Annually. Carried.
Motion and second to adopt the minutes of the Missionary Committee. Carried.
Motion and second that the Annuitants name on the Revolving Loan Fund and Educational scholarship Funds be the name of the youngest person on the Missions Advisory Committee. Motion failed.
Motion and second that Carl Barnes be the Annuitant on the RLF and Educational Scholarship Funds. Carried.
Motion and second that the minutes of the BMA of Oklahoma Mid-Year meeting in April, the July 13th called meeting, and the October Missionary Committee meeting be included in the Minute book. Carried Attachment #1)

The Audit Committee was elected to include Raymond Brady, Allen Carroll, and Zac Bowen.
