June 2024 Report

I am sitting down at my desk at 9 pm on a Wednesday night for the first time in over a week! I am sure that is not an unfamiliar experience to the majority of those reading this, but it has been an unusually busy time. Last week, we joined with 1,500 other BMA students at the annual SOAR Conference in Dallas for a time of worship and fellowship. We took about 12 folks with us and really enjoyed introducing them to the BMA and the work going on at the National and Global levels.

We returned home and got right to work preparing for our annual GH Summer Club that we put on for kids in our church and community. We have resolved to not publicize this event to the broader community and instead are highly intentional with those who register. Those who attend are either kids who regularly attend GH or are friends/neighbors of those kids. Many of the kids who attend are unbelievers, and many heard the Gospel for the first time this week. We had around 50 kids join us this year!

Next week, we will attend BMA Kids Camp in Binger!
