May 2023 Report

June is upon us and it may be our busiest Summer yet. As we experience more and more of the Lord’s grace and blessing in becoming more established as a church, that is accompanied by more opportunities to renege in intentional ministry in our community and with our people. This week, we will begin a Summer Transportation Program where or folks will be providing rides for 15 of our Afghan neighbor’s kids to a Summer School program in the district. We will provide rides to and from school each day through June, and every Wednesday we will bring the kids back to the church building for games, fellowship, and an intentional time of Bible stories that are evangelistic in nature. This Summer Program will lead right u to our 2nd GH Summer Club in July (our version of VBS).

This month, we will also be attending BMAO Kids Camp. We also have our 6th annual Party in the Park coming up on June 11. This is always a great space for us to meet new neighbors. We are looking forward to a greta Summer and the opportunities God will provide for us to engage our community with the Gospel!
